A little about me...

I am a painter, illustrator, and sculptor in the Midwest region of the US - Iowa, to be more exact! I am inspired by the landscape and wildlife in my beautiful state, but I've always loved a little fantasy and whimsy - so expect to see that in my work and products. :3
I primarily work in watercolor, but I love to throw in a little ink and gouache into the mix with the occasional dry media appearance. My education gave me a solid foundation in digital workflows, so I still create digital illustrations and character commission work in Procreate or Photoshop. A final obsession outlet for my creativity lies in sculpting! Making small friends and miniature versions of life that you can hold brings me so much joy! I generally sculpt with polymer clay and paint each piece with gouache or acrylic paint.
